Went paintballing Sunday at Jungle Island in Corona. There's nothing better to work out your frustrations than shooting at your friends with balls flying at 300 feet per second.  Definitely worth it.  I've got some pretty bruises as a bonus prize.

Pain is weakness leaving the body.
