Five Goals for 2011. (Not resolutions, I suck at resolutions.)

1.) Send out positive vibes and hope for the best.
2.) Reread The Book of Jewish Values and ... you know. Follow them ( Read more... )

I think those are all amazing goals. I wish you luck with meeting them!

(I may have to steal a couple of them, if you don't mind.)

I may have to steal a couple of them, if you don't mind.

Wouldn't mind at all! Take away. :) And then we can keep up with each other, and you can nag me when I get weak month three.

lol You'll probably have to nag me as well. I'm horrible about keeping up with stuff like this. :)

5.) Read 3 books a month, and actually read outside of my comfort zone. (You know, romance novels.)

My book's outside most people's comfort zone, if you're interested in a challenge ;)

Are you kidding? I've been dying to read your book since you published it, it's just the only copy on Amazon US is 56$ and it isn't available at B&N (where I could get a discount) and I'm dead broke. If I pay pal you the cash can I get copy? I would LOVE to read it and I'm beyond sure that Timm would read it before I could get my hands on it. (Then there is my mom... who is all over true crime.) It wouldn't be a challenge it would be a pleasure!

You're on. I'll go a-hunting for a copy and, when I find one, I'll let you know and we can do the Paypal-n-shipping thing.

Yay!

HECK YEAH! I read the coverlet from Amazon to my mom and she got really psyched. Then asked, "Wait, you know a real published author?" and for some reason I preened in your honor. Cause yeah, I do. :) And he is awesome.

Yeah I think my whole goal is just to be more positive. I get these jags of just like, "What's going to happen next." or just holding anger towards people even if it isn't worth it and all it does is hurt ME in the long run, you know?

(Not crunchy granola touchy feely at ALL. It's something Ma and I debate over a lot. She is into therapeutic drops and waaaaay too into Vegetarianism. Which I'm okay with, I just... well. I've been there and done that and it ins't my choice anymore, you know? So let it be!)

I will probably take you up on the email thing, cause I admit to being nervous about that part of it. I have chemical based down swings, you know? And so sometimes I won't be able to help but be depressed and I'm really hoping to not let that screw me over in the long run. I'm also thinking of the paper type journal thing to just get thoughts out. Who knows?

Either way, thank you. ♥

I'm gonna be the geek and ask you to tell me all about the flip. Been wanting to get a handy, small but hi quality cam for a while and the flip looks cool. Pros/cons?

Well we got the white one, which holds about an hour and that makes me nervous for longer trips but beyond that I've yet to find anything bad. It plugs straight into my computer and I can just copy and paste the .mp4s (♥) and it's SO SHINY. I took a random video of my dog today for no reason other than I could? I might make a "cribs" for our house cause ... well. It's mostly clean and cause I CAN. OMG.

One pro/con is that it runs off of AA's, which I know can be a pain in the neck but for me it means I can't lose the charger which is a PRO. And the connection port is ON THE FLIP which is another thing I can't lose.

I'm a little in love with this thing. So I might be biased. ;)
