I was torn, at first sure he was the type to remember if only for the cake but then I realized that he wants cake every day. He buys himself the cake, screw the date. ;) So yes, he'd forget his own birthday. Silly Reid.

Totally! I love, love, love this! I can totally see it happening, and Reid forgetting the dates but then feeling guilty about it, and not forgetting as many as he pretends he would!
