What's SCC's problem?

CoJack's leap of joy was such a highlight. Like, I knew they had a come from behind win going into watching it since it was originally a day game, and so after they got it I was scanning the guys to see how they were celebrating, and watching CoJack just take off running and jumping (what a leap!) was awesome. I'm so conflicted with Adam Dunn, though. On one hand, he's kept our team alive, but at the same point I'm resentful that he'll be gone in a month and that we lost Micah over him. Even if that last part wasn't his fault directly, I'm still having a hard time separating it.

I may be the only person on my LJ flist to say this: I've never seen Dr. Horrible. Actually, I barely know anything about it, but apparently it's good.

They basically dropped a class that I REALLY needed at the VERY LAST minute and now have left me up shite's creek with out a boat. Est c'est la vie, I guess.

OH MY G-D! His LEAP. He loves to leap, and it just gives me so much joy cause I love seeing my baseball players happy. It is what I love most about the Diamondbacks, they are so so very happy and I like that. And they had that slump and they were all sad and then Dunn comes in and blink even with the bad games they seem happy. I loved Micah Ownings, no seriously. I really did. But you know what? We needed a little kick in our pants you know? Byrnes was the one who gave a lot of life to our team and losing him to the DL was bad and now Dunn just brings some life, you know? I don't know. Mixed feelings is right.

... I'm rambling, sorry. Just a little excited :)

PS. Dr. Horrible, VERY VERY good. It's a Villian's blog, with music. :) And Neil Patrick Harris. And Um. Nathan Fillion.

drhorrible.com has a stream of it. It is weird, campy and angsty and brilliant all in one.

Psst, on your baseball100 claim you forgot to put the com's name in the subject line, which is why I think it hasn't been approved yet. Oh, but also? Even if only one or two fics actually comes from this, I'm beyond psyched that you signed up for it (possible more CoJack/Eric YAY.)

Hehe, see I was hoping to keep it low key as I have NEVER EVER done a challenge but I think I am up for it. :) It was a toss up between just claiming CoJack or the pairing, but really... it would have been Byrnes and Conor either way so I thought I might as well be honest. I am weird with my OTPs.

Dunn!! I was really conflicted about his trade, because while I like him, and would have liked him to stay on our team, let's face it, he probably deserves better than the Reds. It's just frustrating that we can't manage to keep a good player (bye bye to both of the Boones, and let's ship Dimitri Young off to the Nationals, then watch him go to the all-stars the next year, etc)

...I was a little worried for your team as well. I heard we only traded Dunn on the promise of receiving *three* players in return. I had a brief hint of nervousness when I thought we might get Bynes or Jackson or both, because you would have been miserable then!

What I like about the Diamondbacks is that they seem to let you get to know the players better. They have a TV show where they will be goofy, you know? You need to tell me if Dunn ends up in any funny skits. :)

And I really want to watch Dr. Horrible but I'm afraid it would take forever to load on dial up. :(

I don't know how far ahead they film the little skits so it might be a while, but yes it is one of my favorite things about my team. They are so willing to be goofy and random and OMG. CoJack is so flipping cute Icould burst into itty bitty peices. This is me at 1034 though, so I am tired enough to ignore that we are slowly self distructing and it is totally breaking my heart.

It is pretty long, so it would be hard to deal with, even on Hulu which I hear works pretty well with dial up. But it is SO worth it. OH NPH. My love for him could fill up buckets and buckets.

I live in hopes of one day, and only for one day, having my life in order. My house clean, my homework/work done, my life totally at peace. I am not holding my breath though. ;)
