I read an interview with Michael J. Fox recently in which the interviewer mentioned how obvious his symptoms are now. He told her that when he's home and relaxed they're much less so, but under any kind of stress they get more intense. He's a pretty amazing person.
And yes, it was Case Histories! That's so funny. I spent the whole book trying to figure out what the connection was to the other cases, only to find out there wasn't one. And the other two cases I had figured out half-way through the book so, yeah, not a thumbs up for me.

By any chance, was the book Case Histories by Kate Atkinson? Because it did the same thing, and I was not impressed with it.
