And what sucks is that means Taylor will probably win now.

Yeah, I'm rooting for Elliott now, but Taylor will probably win. I think Taylor is a fun guy, but he shouldn't be the American Idol.

I think people like *watching* Taylor perform. Without the visuals, I think any album of his would sink like a stone.

At this point, I'm not even rooting for anybody. I think Katherine has a beautiful voice, but 5 minutes after she's done, I've forgotten all about her. Elliott has unfortunately never interested me, though I love his personal story. If I were picking someone of the 3 to win based on who deserves based on how far they've come, it would be him.

And Taylor...I'm with Simon on this one.

I think, actually, Chris is probably better off having not won. He made a big enough impact that his band will get signed tomorrow and he won't have the title of American Idol tied to him for all eternity.

Yeah, I think you're right - but I wanted to listen to him perform for a couple of more weeks. It's all about what I want. ;-)

Chris has had plenty of exposure, which should result in plenty of offers - and his genre of music regards being the American Idol as a bit of a sellout I suspect. He'll probably be better off without winning.

To be honest, I lost interest in the Show when Bucky got voted out. I knew he wouldn't win it, but I ?liked him...

Hobbitmum likes Chris, though, so she'll be totally pissed off on Friday when we watch it.
