No Jane Eyre...? I swear it's one of the best classic books there is...

No, I was too busy reading Austen to hit the Brontes. Besides, I was reading Austen in Elementary School, along with all the other classics, so by the time I hit high school I was "over" reading anything not written in the last 50 years or so. And I'd discovered fanfiction by then and since then I've had a harder time reading real books.
