Oh Lord. I know nothing about American law but even if I did I don't think I would care about any single legal inaccuracy. This is seriously one of the best tKlaine stories I have ever read.

The intro of Sebastian was spectacular and you used him just the right amount, that is to say just enough to wish for more but totally fine with not getting it.
Also: San-fucking-tana. There are not enough words for her level of awesome.
And then all of the other things in this story forever too.
