My iPad!!!!

Well, it's the first day of classes, but at UBC, all the classes are cancelled on the first day if you're an undergrad. So, I stayed up late playing World of Warcraft and reading on my iPad.

That's right, I do both of those things!! :P

Congrats on the iPad!

I want one very much. But whenever I think seriously about it, I decide I'd spend the money on something else. My current next-big-purchase is planned to be a desktop PC specifically set up for gaming. I want to play WoW with all the settings on Ultra. *grins* I also want to play DCU Online and Rift, both not available for Mac, alas.

I would also love to have a desktop that had a nice 'gaming' level of power, but, for me it's not just a money issue. I still move around a lot and feel like I'm never 100% certain that I will be staying in a place more than a year, so a big computer would just be extra baggage :P

Yeah, that's a good point. Me, I'm pretty settled these days. Two years before I even re-negotiate my mortgage. :-)

BTW, work has been eating my evenings, but I ought to get them back tomorrow. \o/ Let me know if you want to run together.

I'm trying out a new D&D group tonight (cause I needed more time away from studying now that it's September!!) so I will be playing later...after 9 at least I guess. If not, there always the rest of the week :)
