Will he ever kiss someone?

Yes he will, he gets a girlfriend for a couple of episodes in season four. And he gets to kiss a couple of women before that :)

In season one he had his first girlfriend, but only for one episode, he had to leave her because of The Center. The whole sex thing was brought up in that episode.

But he is still a bit insecure when it comes to women, he haven't got that much experience! Lol poor guy ;)
