193lbs!

I promised myself never to hit or come close to 200+lbs ever again. So that 193lbs was a wake up call. The weight just creeped up on me. I'm not that inactive, I take the stairs at work, walk the dogs and I've been running 4km twice a week on a fairly regular basis. Guess I was eating more than I was burning. Yep, getting older doesn't help much either. My recovery is so laughable. I'm doing something different now and it seems to be working. I started hitting the weights and I'm doing the protein powder thing. I'm bulding muscle mass to increase my metabolism. Seems to be kick starting my recovery as well. All I can say is that my energy is up and I can do more things. Also motivation is at an all time high.
