I have to agreed with you, I think Wilson's maternal instincts are far stronger than Cuddy's. Hers seem to border on almost nonexistent.

There is, definitely. Whether or not the show will run with it is another question entirely. At the point, Wilson may as well not even be an employee of the hospital and we would never know.

I've said before, I like Cuddy and think she could very definitely be counted on to help a kid in trouble but the first time that kid says, "Screw you, Mom, I don't want to do what you want me to do" and even the best kid in the world says that in some way at least once, she wouldn't be able to handle it. She can't even handle it when House does that, and House, unlike a pissed off little kid, you can at least use logic on him and he'll listen.
