I could see ways for this to be gourmet Celtic-warrior tasty. I propose a garlic-crusted ex-boyfriend heart served on lighty toasted rye with a basil-olive oil drizzling, a special horseradish mayonaise, and delicately embittered tomatoes with thinly-sliced onion (because it's the onion that makes us cry, not the boyfriend).
