I wonder if they thought for two seconds about whether it was okay or even legal to use the scientists' names and/or likenesses. when I was doing RPF the standard was basically, they're actors and are putting a persona on the stage of public opinion and the media to drum up their business, so it's okay to use that public persona, because they made that choice.
