Me: Yeah, IDK who looked at him and thought "y halo thar Comedian" because he's pretty much the least threatening dude ever.

tbh they probably wanted Javier Bardem instead and just got confused. :|

And by the time they figured it out it would've just been too awkward all around to fire him. Actually, I think in my mind this is now exactly what it happened.

I imagine the casting director called him in one day and was like, "Look, Jeffrey..." and he was like "HI :D HOW ARE YOU :D" and the casting director's conscience couldn't handle firing him and instead they said "...I just wanted to tell you that you are ridiculously handsome and talented."

*G* I dunno, I thought JDM was pretty good at being threatening in that scene in the last ep of SPN season 1. 'Course that was also the first scene I watched, so I had no fluffybunny JDM to counteract Demon!John, so maybe that's it?

And Boromir is the awesomest. *hearts him*
