Can't find webpage

I've been having this issue off and on now for a while and it seems to be more frequent of late.

It's when you click on a website and you get a dialoge box saying the

That might be your internet service or it could be the browser itself if it's not the latest version of Firefox. I know I used to have problems in the past if the browser was too out-of-date, but this might not be an issue. Otherwise, I'm fresh out of ideas.

I'll go to the Firefox website and see if they have an update for Firefox and give that a whirl.
