I walked into a Borders today, waiting for my parents. I checked out the magazines...'cause they have a nice collection of the hip brit rock magazines there. I saw Kurt Cobain's face on the cover of Uncut. The same picture that's been used for pretty much every magazine that Cobain has been on the cover of since he died. Today was a lovely day. First period I had a study but got kicked out of 217 so I had to go to Mantell's study. There was only one other kid in there so during 2nd lunch she said we could go down to the cafeteria and spend the rest of the period there. Next period was English. The last post was just a rant on people who are like that in general. Yes, I do know specific people who are like that. It's was just meant for people who take whining to the extreme, not for people who on the occasion talks about how sucky their day or whatever.

Now, I have to finish my homework before school. Gotta love those reverse half days.

Melodrama is annoying. It doesn't make you seem anymore deep or interesting. Well, it could when used properly but usually at best it just makes you seem desperate and annoying. Last night was the spring band concert, which I didn't find out about until the day before. I thought it was going to be next week or something. It went well. It was really hot up on stage and one girl from the chorus had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance. I guess she fainted. Karin had the baby. I got a call from Eric at about 1:30 am saying that he needed someone to pick Sophia up from the hospital because he'd be spending the night there with Karin. I got an application for a job in the kitchen of the nursing home down the street. It pays good. The place is depressing as hell but I'd hopefuly be in the kitchen most of the time.
