Ooo awesome prompt!!

He worries about her constantly, but he doesn't tell her that, because she's an independent woman and doesn't want a jacket slung over her shoulders or a possessive hand on her arm.

He tells her the big worries though, because its one way he says I love you, and besides, she understands because she'll admit (but only sometimes) that maybe, just maybe, a few of his worries are justified.

And then she'll go chasing down a suspected murderer again, and he'll be right there beside her, too full of awe and affection to worry right then. There's time for talk of worries later, with her head on his lap and a roaring fire and a good glass of brandy.

Hm, hm....*ponders* HEY, do you do Harry Potter? =P If so, Remus/Sirius...prompt...."stuck at home." NO clue where that came from.

I've never written Harry Potter, but I love the books, so I can try.

Sirius lazily trailed his wand in the air, blue sparks shooting out to float an inch in front of Remus' face. Remus shut the book he was reading so as to better roll his eyes.

"Bored, Sirius?" Remus asked lightly, laying the book aside. "You could always go romp in the snow."

"Dogs do like snow," Sirius mused. "But do wolves?"

"This wolf," Remus answered, closing the distance, "prefers the indoors."

"You could always wave your wand and make the snow disappear," Sirius said, laying a hand on Remus' wand hand.

"Somehow, I'd rather leave it where it is," Remus said with a soft smirk, leaning down.
