Sounded really good actually. Nothing to be ashamed of there. Must have been up against some pretty stiff competition.

I kind of didn't understand the comment from the woman sitting in the middle at all, though LOL.

I actually had no real chance of making it this year anyway as they wanted a male winner :\

That bites! I kind of figured it might have been something like that since four out of five of the finalists were male.
I watched some of the other auditions and honestly, while the Darth Maul guy was funny his acting sounded really unpolished. His enounciation was kind of crappy and I just felt like they picked him because of the audience response and the surprise factor (which is kind of dumb when you consider that in a dub no one's going to know what he looks like anyway). They kept on saying things like "If I close my eyes..." but had they closed their eyes while he was auditioning they probably wouldn't have picked him...

Yeah. And honestly, the girl they picked wasn't even that good. At least there were much better girls they could have picked from, so right away you knew we're the tides would be turning as far as the winner went :P

Honestly, I think the two guys from the VAA that got picked were the only actually good finalist.

I think only the two girls actually gave spoken critiques. At least that's what I've been seeing so far. And you did good! =D
