i'm pretty happy. ryan and his little band had tryouts for the school talent show today. there were about 70 tryouts and supposedly only 20-30 slots. since they were told they only would have 4.5 minutes, they made up this medly of songs - green day, blink 182, ac/dc and something else i think. so the music teacher tapes the acts and the teachers ( Read more... )

what as in what instrument? guitar. rhythm or backup i think. they have a really good lead guitarist but i don't think ryan is too far behind him. i did finally start getting him lessons. his teacher likes him, comes over to teach and spends 3-5 hours.

you wanna jam with some sixth graders???

thats great. i wish my mommy got me lessons when i was a kid :( (Course i showed no interest but i kick myself now).

ohhh sorry, you probably don't know that i have a twelve year old son named ryan. the where is tharp middle school. probably not something that would interest you. this is also the same ryan i wrote about early this week with the bicycle accident. i'm guessing you thought i was referring to whod81.
