It took a couple minutes for him to notice the biting cold; he'd left his coat and everything back in the apartment. The cold only added to his anger. Dead? Killed himself? What kind of bullshit was that? The way Shinji treated him... just what the hell had he been like before?

It took a moment for him to register that there was someone up ahead, walking towards him. He looked up from the ground and stopped when he saw who it was.
