jesus has seen fit to test me over the past seven days. there have been highs and lows. ive slept threw some of the more important and/ or awesome things. ive flaked and been the only one to show. i have freaked out atleast once a day, about nothing at all. then there was  the crying. give a bitch a break! and i fell down the stairs. i feel sorry

i played in a band that opened for murphy's law like ten years ago, and i met jimmy gestapo. . . he was a pretty cool guy. when you're in a punk band you get used to dealing with all these uptight PC assholes who think that just because they sing for a stupid band that they are some sort of counter-cultural icon for the younger generation. and then there are guys like jimmy gestapo, who say whatever the fuck pops into their head and they don't really give a fuck who it offends. the best line he had that night was when he introduced a song about weed. . . "you know, for all you straight edgers out there. . . weed IS vegan. so it won't actually, you know, fuck with your principles." all the straight edge pricks booed him but me and my bandmates were in the back of the room laughing our nuts off.
