Personally, I'm just gonna pretend this was episode never even made. It was that sub-par, imo.

Agree. Nothing in it worked for me.

That's how I've been acting for the past 15 episodes. Basically.

I suspect the CIA acquired the computer somehow.

IMO, this is building towards Ellie getting actively involved in the Intersect project.

Also, we have kick-ass BAMF Casey doing more in an episode, which can never be wrong. LOVED his 'training' of Morgan early in the episode!

Actually Mama B being gone makes sense. She's been on mission for 20 years and was declared rogue. They probabably gave her a little while to be with her family out of respect for both Chuck (Beckman seems to respect him now even if Bentley doesn't) and his bringing down of Volkov but once she checked in she'd have one heck of a lot of explaining to do.

I wondered about the brain meltdown thing, too, but I also look at it this way: with how much research the CIA is putting into the Intersect project, maybe they've rewritten its programming to make it less taxing on the human brain. That's my excuse for suspension of disbelief, anyways. (FWIW, I'd buy it if they stated it in canon... but I still would prefer that Chuck be unique in his ability to have one)
