I'll believe the Zachary Levi account is him, even though it hasn't been verified, but I doubt the Adam Baldwin one is real. None of the celebrities he's talking to has acknowledged him. Plus he has only tweeted at people from Whedon shows and none from Chuck. And he used Firefly language in a tweet. I think that's a big sign it's a fan imposture.

I says here it's confirmed to be real. I also remember some celebs tweeting about it, perhaps Felicia Day and Nathan Fillion?

Go to the list of people Nathan Fillion is following - adamsbaldwin is not there. If he really convinced Adam to join, he'd be following. It's all hype.

Oooh yay! Very awesome that Adam's on twitter! Now I have another celeb twitter to add to my list of twitters I read. lol.

I find it funny that Adam said that Nathan Fillion convinced him to join twitter. lol. I hope Nathan says something about it. lol.

Yep it's real. He's even posted pictures & NBC Chuck's offical twitter says so.
