The ones you've mentioned, of course, and one of my faves definitely has to be the shower scene. That was just LOVE. :D

when the car exploded and Sarah thought Chuck was in it in "vs the Best Friend"

their break-ups always get me, I always see the hurt Sarah feels:
-the one at the Weinerlicious, then you find out Sarah lied and wasn't affected by the truth serum in "vs the Truth"
-the one by the fountain when Chuck broke up with Sarah in "vs the Break-up" the song used was perfect for it.

I love how they change their faces when they are about to enter the house, such a great scene and it really shows how they feel and the same time what the show is about.
