Today I went on a long and arduous quest for gluten-free cookies. In my search, I ended up walking to Red Apple, QFC, and the Safeway on Rainier, before caving and calling my mom for a ride to PCC. When I think about gluten-free foods and the rarity of it, it makes me glad I don't have Celiac Disease, which I was afraid I had. What does PCC stand for?

Okay - creepy stalker dude!! You can never be safe/paranoid enough if someone mentions that they saw you somewhere else, and it's a stranger!

Making a cheesecake that Greg's dad (gluten-intolerant) will be eating some of. The Pamela's dark chocolate chunk cookies I ended up buying were expensive but awesome.

the bakery i work at (three girls) in pike place market is starting to carry gluten-free. so does cinnamon works. you should come say hi :-)
