Ueda & Maruda graphics

I made a small graphics batch featuring mainly Ueda and Maruda for Eza's (ueboaffection) birthday. I question my graphic skills, but I tried my best so I hope you'll find something that you like here. Yes, I'm a total fail after you wrote me such a great Maruda fic OTL

Eh? Eh? Did I miss something over the internet? Why have I never seen the one where Ueda is carrying Maru? And the fourth one seems familiar but I can't remember where it's from ... IS THIS SOME SORT OF CONSPIRACY TO KEEP ME AWAY FROM MY MARUDA ~FEELS D:

omg I love the Ueda icons *___* and the Maruda ones of course ♥ I'll be taking almost all of them, BUT NOW IDK WHICH ONE I'LL USE D: such are the woes of an LJ plus account user orz

No one should be kept away from Maruda feels so I will provide you with whatever pic you want :D The piggyback pic is from the first issue of the new KAT-TUN fanclub newsletter and the the pic from the 4th one is from a Nikkan Sports newspaper article featuring Ueda. I yanked both pics from weibo so they're watermarked but the quality isn't too bad. I uploaded them for you here.

I'm so glad you like the icons and wallpaper ^^ I don't have the greatest design sense for big graphics but I had a lot of fun making the wallpapers. They basically became the outlet for my Maruda feels LOL.

The Maruda 'Always' icon is lovely, and I'm in love with your wallies.
My favourites are the 'Make me dance' , the sakura and the 'Listen to my heartbeat' ones! Shame I can't change my wallpaper and have to be stuck with the Windows one.

Idk, lately I'll start a batch of graphics excited about it and then somewhere along the way I won't like the way they look anymore and then I lose the motivation to finish them >.< Graphics block, maybe?
They take me so much time too so I think it's better I just make them sparingly like this.

I'm happy to hear you like them though especially the wallies since I find making big graphics really challenging. I quite like the heartbeat one too. I really wanted to use those Ueda and Maru pictures with the headphones but I couldn't figure out what to do with the design and then I found a tutorial on how to make text look like an EKG and thought it was a cool fit :D

Considering you make such awesome wallies yourself that's very reassuring to hear >///< I think it helps a little that Maruda is my OTP so they give me a bit more inspiration and motivation than usual. Though I wonder sometimes if the graphics are a bit too lovey-dovey LOL But somehow I like them mushy like that hahaha
Now if I only I can get that same sort of motivation to make batches with all the members...orz

I'm very happy to know what you think about my wallies *----* I think they're pretty average though (^///^) It always takes a lot of time for me to make a batch because I make changes and more changes until I'm satisfied or at least not that unsatisfied with the result LOL And I know what you mean about sometimes wondering if the graphics are kinda cheesy XD You know, to get motivated I usually begin with my favorite members, (NaKame LOL) and then I continue with the others ^^ Although for some recent batches Koki has ignited my inspiration XD

Even if you make only graphics of your OTP, whenever you feel like it, I'd love to see more *-----*

Me too! It takes me forever to even make small batches like this. It's a lot of trial and error because I don't quite know the exact technique to really get the look I want >.<
Sometimes I'll start a batch excited about it and then along the way I won't want to work on them anymore >.> but I'll try (or at least try to try xD) to make more of a variety in the future ^^

These are pretty and let me say that I think you are doing better graphics than I do so I can't give any more suggestion. Lol.

I tend to feel that way whenever I see graphics getting posted - that they're so much better than mine - but I guess if you look at it from a more positive standpoint that can push you to try to be better. I think it's really good that you can make batches with a lot of variety in what seems like a short amount of time. These took me forever and as you can see my graphics always revolve around the same few people lol
