my grandmother has been in the hospital for the past few days.. she got a bad cold and had trouble breathing. being diabetic and having heart problems we decided that the best thing to do was admit her into the hospital ( Read more... )

All I can say is wow...I'm sorry to hear the bad news. I'm sure I'll be having to deal with something similar in a few years (my grandmother has been in and out of hospitals for years already). I know your family is strong enough though. You guys, for all the fighting you used to do, love each other intensely and I know you'll help each other through whatever happens.

thanks for your support, sweetheart. my grandmother has been in and out of hospitals for years now too. but, now is when its scary. these last few weeks have been horrible for me. i'm just waiting for s omething good to finally happen.

i lost my grandfather when i was in 7th grade. he was in the hospital for 9 months due to a surgery complication, he had a successful triple bypass, but then some shit happened and we watched him die for 9 months, it was so terrible and still sort of haunts me. my hopes and wish go out to you.

Siling baby, stay strong. The end of last year my dad was in the hospital for 12 days with some heart problems, and I can't explain all the scenarios that went through my head. He ended up getting a minor surgery and started doing better. That was a really tough time for me, and I know its tough for you and your family right now. My love and hope goes out to you and your family.

wow, i had no idea about your dad. and i'm sorry that i never knew. i'm glad to hear that it turned out well. thank you so much for your support.. it is tough. and its scary as hell. she's been in and out of hospital for years but NOW is when it feels real. *Sigh* and there's nothing i can do about it but sit, wait, and watch.
