I actually stretched las night and did a workout tape .. Crunch: Killer Legs .. to be exact!! I haven't exactly gained weight I still weigh the same, but it seems to have moved into areas I don't like such as tha stomach and my big ole thighs .. so much for abs and toned quads!!
