Like I said before, I hated HP nr. 6 and now you know why! So no, I don't think it's childish that you're re-reading the book before, although I would not say it's really upcheering...
yeah, but... in the 5th, the charachter who dies (uh uh, how funny it is to talk without giving any names *lol* but i wouldn't want to spoil anyone...), dies in such a weird way that... well, my opinion is that he doesn't really die, and that in the 7th we might have some surprise about it... while in the 6th there's no hope at all :(
i told you you'd fall off your chair. i was highly shocked as well, reading it with big eyes saying to myself 'it can't be true' but it is. I so much wonder how the final book will continue now, but it seems that the dark side is on the winning hand
oh yes!! this is what i was asking to myself as well: "and now?!?" i can't really imagine how the 7th will develope, now that such a fundamental charachter has been erased :S
yes, i mean, when things got tricky, he was always there to fix things, kind of the protector of goodness. we're kinda lost without him it seems. Maybe really unexpected things should be happening now.
hmmm, i wonder, are we taking this too seriously? :D

Ok, now I should have probably not read all of these comments as I just finished HP5...and want to read the 6th pretty soon...(but have to wait for the pocket English version of Bloomsbury)...you got me SOOOO darn curious!!! and i know you have made a NO names...but you first got me an idea...and then reading comments, one other. I just hope that what I had once read in an article..is NOT true! Oh, only with time I'll know..I guess!!
wooops, i'm sorry dear, i really didn't want to spoil you :P i'm not telling anything else, i'll let you discover it by yourself... but i'll just add that to me it was even sadder than i was supposing :S *blah*

at least the 5th leaves a little bit of hope, a hint that he might not be *really* dead...
