State alchemists gather for many reasons, but rarely for trivial chatter.

If you really don't know me then I suggest you just wait around until whenever the City takes you back to your version of Amestris and I'm sure you'll be meeting me soon enough and I hope that version hates you more than I do but until that time I'm not a state alchemist anymore.
