One game I used Khalni Heart Expedition to create a 16/16 flying Baloth to win on turn 7 or 8.
Another game I used it when I had two Eels in play. That was the game when I made a strategy error, though, and I ended up losing. I got greedy, hoping for the best use of the Expedition/Eel combo, but I didn't have enough life to wait.
I did experience a bit of mana-flooding, but usually the landfall worked. I actually had to mulligan in two games because my opening hand had one land or even none!
I wanted to splash Ob Nixis, but I had so many color intensive cards (plus Ob Nixis takes BB) that it looked impossible. I wish I had just drawn Roil Elemental more than twice. In round 4 my opponent simply conceded when I played it on turn 5, because we had so little time left and he wanted to win the third game (which he did).
