Thursday nights are fantastic in that I like My Name Is Earl, I love The Office, and I really love ER. Well....okay, maybe I love The Office most of all. But, still. The lineup works for me.

The Office was so perfect today. The difference between early last season's Michael and this season's Michael is so clear and so much for the better. Making him a little bit pathetic rather than a complete asshat was a great choice... That shot of him holed up in his office? So sad. And I agree, Michael's comment about Dwight's Nazi grandmother was awesome. I saw Rainn Wilson's interview with Jay Leno the other day and they showed that clip and I taped this episode specifically so I could watch that moment multiple times.

I loved the Stanley-Ryan scene! I think that was the most animated he's been ever. Usually, he's just kind of low-key annoyed.

The Kelly character kind of confuses me. Wasn't she originally just kind of slutty and ditzy and fun? Not so much obsessed with bagging a husband?

He really is. No girlfriend, no kids, even Ryan won't be his friend. Hee. Of course, he's got Dwight, but he will never ever acknowledge that. LOL.
