The female one, Tiana, rolled her eyes. “Alright, alright, I’ll check,” she muttered and looked out through a hole in the log. The tips of the alligator’s tails disappeared into the water and the bayou grew silent save for the chirping of crickets. “

I'm glad you like it! X3 Naveen seemed to me like the type who is good at playing/flirting with girls, but I doubt he had been in a lot of serious relationships before Tiana.
