Who: All characters in Tomoeda (for this situation, Syaoran and Meilin as well)
Where: Mostly Tomoeda Theme Park (although other places possible)
When: Immmediately after Sakura seals The Nothing
What: Everyone just begins to wake up to a... peculiar scenario

Official Post-Nothing Thread for Tomoeda! Different place = different thread. For example, Spinel Sun would be in the courtyard with Ruby Moon (that'd be one thread) while Eriol and Kaho are in a room (that'd be another thread). You can always merge later.
