Um, I hate to burst your bubble but under the various ritual write up pages, you repeat the same thing. Basically, you ask how did the *first* ritual go. I checked my old copy against the pages on the ADF file - and found that those paragraphs were not reviewed or revised. But I would recommend for the next edition, a through re-reading of each page. (That's the editor in me. :) )
I would suggest, on the second one, ask did it go differently than the first one. Then build on each ritual in questions.
I was an editor for econ. papers. What I generally suggest to folks is to have someone else read it. You have read it for so long, that your brain places in the missing words. Or read it backwards. Backwards reading catches the grammar problems and short circuits the brain. You can do it paragraph by paragraph, page by page.

I did read through each page, but I have noticed that no matter how many times I read through, I always miss a couple errors.
