The weekend certainly ignited things in me, that's for sure. :)

Thanks for posting so much! I might just link my summary to yours and fill in other blanks. *grin*

Hehe. Sometimes it takes me a while to post about things, but this Wellspring really, well, it really was just so special for me :)

Our Grove was also pulled away just as the part I was hoping to see, Sassafras Grove's history (I pray someone got that on tape), in order to give a hand to a member of another Grove who had had a bit too much to drink (not surprising with 5 hours of continual drinking at that point), but whose Grove wasn't helping her for some reason

Actually, Anthony was the first person to try to help her, but since he thought she was just upset at something and not sick and dehydrated as it turned out she was, his helping consisted primarily of trying to comfort and ask what was wrong, and slip some water into her cup when he could. It was immediately after that when Anthony let me know she wasn't feeling well, and then Anna came and helped her up and everything. I have to give kudos to Anna and the others who made sure she didn't get sicker than she was.

you're a grown up, right? tanrinia May 30 2007, 20:32:20 UTC
After that, several people asked if I'd eaten as we were preparing for the Sumbel. And I mean, at least 5 people asked me, some more than once. It was kinda funny, actually. I'm not sure why people thought I hadn't eaten (aside from the fact that I'm skinnier now than I was at Trillium), but I assure everyone that I knew I was going to be drinking, and I had eaten.

someone asked me if you had as well. i answered that you were a grown up and were responsible for your own eating ::shrug::

and yes....seamus_mcnasty is planning a write up for what an oath is and isn't for OL.

Good, I'm glad he's writing that up. He might find this article somewhat useful, though it doesn't cover the same information by any stretch of the imagination.

Wow...that's some summary...!

Hadn't seen the book teaser on chronarchy.com before...I'm really glad to see that Lit Practicum 1 is having its intended effect on at least one person.

*nods* It's really the journal that's managing more than anything else. I chose it as an opportunity to experiment.

And, well, you know me when I feel I have permission to experiment :)
