AAAAAhhhhhhhhh, Sabre!!!! Been a VERY long time since I fenced sabre. Epee was always my weapon of choice with sabre a close second. Been too long since I did that, way too long.

Obviously, we should have a standing arrangement. If we ever meet, we will have to duel. Or something.

That would be totally awesome! In a public place would make it even more fun!! Something that would totally suprise and freak people out.

I really resonate with this entry on fencing, although my memories are of karate and kata. I'd planned on going to the arboretum to practice such movements for the first time in a year and a half before I left, but not having a car made that really difficult.

Now, back to cleaning out under the work bench in the basement to surprise my dad... *shudders all over* I have never been so squicked at the decaying remains of fivebugsfucking and other abominations in my life. Our house is so clean, and yet the darkest reaches of the basement are downright Cthuloud... *shivers again* I love my daddy and I love surprise, but I'll stop as soon as I start hearing shoggoths. That's where I draw the line. >.

*blinks* Is that a shoggoth? I thought they'd be a bit more... I dunno.. substantial. How do they make those little noises if they're just a big ball of tongues, hm? Looks like if it tried to enunciate anything it'd go pfftfhtthhhpfftt because it's tongues are too big.

<-- unimpressed

I should. I wonder how much of a hassle it would be to fly to Canada for a weekend?

Once they tell me when Kaleidoscope is, I think something can be arranged.

How could I not? By "lunge with parry five" I had a raging...*ahem*...saber.
