Why the hell was Tina sleeping in the kitchen?

Raven is dying, and that's where he wants to sleep, so she is sleeping with him.

Tina is such a good kid. :)

I'm sorry to hear that Raven's days are numbered, but damn if that cat didn't lead one hell of a good long life.

Been there, done that (aside from tip-toeing around Tina, that is). For some reason open cabinet doors hurt a lot more than closed cabinet doors. Got one last week, was actually surprised it didn't leave a mark.

Send my condolicenes to Tina regarding Raven, he was always a nice fixture at your houses and was/is one tough cat. What's the vegitarian-equivilent to Outback?

Benevolence Cafe: Just as overpriced, very bland (everything tastes like dirt, really. . . but different flavours of dirt), and vegan/vegetarians think it's the best thing since people stopped slicing bread to make it seem more "unprocessed".

I'll send your condolances along, though. Thanks.

Huh -- I never thought it was overpriced, and nothing ever tasted bland or like dirt to me. Love the black bean soup (with peanuts!) and grainsofthegoddess bread -- very tasty! I think maybe you just had a bad day there or something. Benevolence really is yummy.

Hope your head is feeling better by now. And my condolences for Raven, as well. Be well, and maybe we can chat sometime, eh?

I forgot: the other option is Dragonfly Neo-V, which is about twice as expensive as Benevolence. . .

Hm. Is it possible you have a concussion? Do you have access to the health center to get checked out?

Nah, I've had a major concussion before. This is a bump. But thanks for the concern.

Basically, it just aggrevated and old injury, I think. Nothing major.

Ouch! I hit my head on the corner of an open cabinet door once, and that hurt for days. I hope you didn't ding yourself as nearly bad as that and that things un-fog quickly for you.

Things have un-fogged over the course of the day. It led to some inability to understand things that seemed clear to others, though.

Ahhh, so it made you a typical male then? ;)

Pretty much, though I'd call it the typical me. . .
