Fuck that, I still want flowers! Actually my girlfriend has given me some before.

It struck me some time ago that there really is no reason why flowers shouldn't be manly. Flowers are aesthetically pleasing things. Why shouldn't the men enjoy them as well?

"Put them in water" is generally a good first step.

Sometimes, it's helpful to run water over the bottoms and cut off about two inches, around a 45 degree angle, then put them in water.

A friend of mine used to put some vodka in the water "to help preserve them," but then, I think he was also trying to hide his vodka from our RA.

Then you display the flowers in whatever way is pleasing to you.
