I've been really happy on the Nuva Ring. Basically it's got hormones like the pill, you wear it inside you, up by your cervix for 3 weeks, you have a ring free week, and then you put a new one in.

I like that it's really effective and I don't have to remember it terribly often. When I was on the pill, it was very hard for me to remember if I'd taken it, LOL.

I have tried the pill (but it's hard for someone with a short short-term memory like me), the patch (but I found them itchy and plus they leave sticky residue when you take them off), and Depo (which made me gain weight, have trouble getting pregnant, and have weird issues with my cervix).

Is it hard to get it placed right? That's my worry.

Nope, you just fold it up, slide it in and it kinda goes to where it's supposed to be. Also, if you like your gyn can show you how to put it in right.

I've been on orthro tricyclin sine I was like 20 and have no complaints. Just your standard pill. I don't have trouble remembering to take it, but I know that's hard for some people.

I read something one time that said if you are a pill baby that you are more likely to get pregant on the pill than other people. Also I usually don't remember to take my vitiamins everyday & their gummies so yeah yet I'm sure my guy might help with that.
