Wow. I knew NYC was like, the very image of a cultural melting pot, but I didn't realize the sheer amount of different ethnicities represented. One of these days I need to make it up there...I've only ever driven around it :-\

Lovely fic. I loved how everyone went off to 'their' own areas :D

New York is definitely a melting pot, alright (of all the places listed here, I've been to "Greece", "Egypt", "Taiwan", "Korea", and that bookstore Japan wanted to go to, as well as a majority of the places Al named at the end. I live in one of these neighborhoods XD) You should come here and visit me!!

I felt kinda awkward about all of them going to "their" own places, because the theme is "exchange" and there's not much of that going on here... I mean, the whole city is the exchange, but the fact is the neighborhoods are still separating them... oh well. Thank you for reading!!!

i think i love you. again.

DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS FIC??? ANY IDEA AT ALL??

oh my goodness, where do i even START?? ok, first of all, this was totally one of my requests for that hetalia sunshine community xDD it has now been filled accidently! xDDDDD

secondly, you were able to sum up everything that NYC is to me and the rest of america!! all those different neighborhoods being a home away from home for so many different nations was just fantastic. i felt so much pride for being a new yorker reading this ^^

lastly, the research you did was awesome! i loved how each nation had a different place they wanted to see (downtown flushing ftw! xD)

THANK YOU FOR WRITING THIS. THANK YOU. you have no idea how u just made my day, no, scratch that, my WEEK, with this fic o_O

>////////< I LOVE YOU TOO, KIM!! Honestly, after I posted this I looked back and was like, 'did I just make a fic out of nations going to their respective ethnic neighborhoods? How silly, NYC deserves better!' but now you've made me feel better about it.

I've had this fic floating in mind for a while (actually, I wish someone would make a cosplay project out of this, by dressing as the nation and going to the respective neighborhood and going around and making a video journal from it. I'm going to share it with Hetalia NYC cosplayers next chance I get.)

The research was fun!! You might like downtown Flushing, but I'm too fond of Astoria (obviously), so I'm super happy Greece and Egypt have their neighborhoods there!!

I think NYC sums up America as a whole country in one city. It's amazing, we're so lucky to live here!!

YOU'RE WELCOME. I'M HONORED TO HAVE MADE YOUR WEEK.

Yup, America (and Canada too!) really are diverse countries; like, refugees from all over the world make homes in these countries, and they're really well taken care of (so, Alfred and Matt are heroes!!)

I'm glad you enjoyed it!! And oh Prussia indeed, he's going to get an earful from Germany when he gets back!

It really is. I mean, even when you get away from all of the tourist-y stuff (which is, I'll admit, pretty fun), there's a lot of hidden stuff that's even better!!

I really do love the City. You can go all over the world in the comfort of your own city. I've been to ChinaTown, Koreatown, little italy(i mean the REAL little Italy in the Bronx, the one in Manhattan is for tourists.) Spanish Harlem, regular Harlem and i love Kinokuniya bookstore, i always go there when i get the chance and money.

I love your story. Makes me love the city even more.

It's like world peace in one place.

I love the city too. From the places mentioned in my fic I've been too Astoria, Koreatown, the "Chinatown" in Flushing, Queens, Kinokuniya, and lots of those places Alfred mentioned at the end, like the Met, The Museum of Natural History, Central Park, and all that XD

It's such a diverse, beautiful place. I'm so glad my fic has made you love the city even more!!
