One of these days, I am sure we will make the news for something good, but today, well, today wasn't the day.  Today we learn, thanks the making the news again, that our town's ISD has it's very own auditor coming to help find that pesky 367 grand

Victoria is a shithole in that same respect. It makes the news for things like largest number of illegals to die in the back of a truck left at a rest stop, and things of that nature. The ISD is circling the drain but always just manages to get away with it. :(
