When editing there's a notice that is in the spirit of a free license, but the link to the Copyrights page ([[Crayonpedia:Hak cipta]]) is a redlink, i.e. no page yet.
So, I don't think they've thought it through yet. I'm not sure that free licenses have any validity in Indonesian law, but the important thing is that they are a clear expression of intent.
I was going to say "and it's not like copyrights are actually enforced in Indonesia" but that's not necessarily true - it would depend whose toes you step on. Like how you can get any pirated DVD, but they don't get away with pirating Indonesian artists' work.
