So D and I were talking about tripe this weekend. He said it was a south american thing and I said it was british. As it turns out everyone loves tripe. Many folks in many places scarf it down. Three cheers for offal ( Read more... )

I kinda like tripe, although I don't care for haggis. But the Bolivian restaurant down the street makes a great Aji de Panza (peppered belly).

Yes, I do. A fact which didn't even bother me during my veggie days... because cheese is soooo yummy!

yeah... we have rennet-less cheese in the house, but when we're out, we both kinda "pretend" that the cheese we're eating is veg. because cheese is, indeed, SO freaking good. and there are precious few rennetless cheeses out there, lemmetellya.
