awww! so cute!

hey, I wanted to ask you about your knee. I apparently just did something pretty painful to my slide knee. What did you do to heal yours, and how is it feeling now?

i have a great orthopedist but he's in Coppell and thats not really plausible.

My knee is good. I have cartilage torn on the underside of my meniscus. to "heal" it I kinda filed off the tears...gently, slowly and carefully by sitting upright with my legs extended straight in front of me. Slowly and gently flexing the quads all the way. it felt a little gritty and it was slightly uncomfortable but I only held it for 1 second and then released for 1 second. I was only to do 10 reps a day so as to not exacerbate the problem and I just did it for several months until I stopped having pain/discomfort in the knee. Whenever it begins to pain me again I re-start the exercises.
