Oh yeah... that *is* a Christmas Movie! I keep forgetting to put it on my Watch List! Since I have a 7-year-old daughter, I don't end up with many "Grown-Up" movies on my list :)

I have many friends, though, who have all-night Christmas Rom-Com Nights and some day I shall join them :)

Usually Elf. Cuz it's always on super early :D

There's a few movies I save until December. Like Charlie Brown Christmas.

I cam to the conclusion last year that there are FAR too many Christmas shows, episodes, movies and specials out there for me to just wait till December to start watching :)

Very true. Certain ones are always on super early. But I gotta keep a few of them sacred till December.

Also, Elf was on our short-list of movies to start the season with :) Elf, Santa Claus Conquers The Martians, The Grinch (Live-Action), Santa Claus (1959) and Arthur Christmas were all considered!

I'll give YOU the same advice regarding Christmas Joy that I was given several years ago, and it sounded insincere and jerkish to me back then but by golly it WORKED.

The only person that can ruin your Christmas is *you*. All those people and things that you think are ruining your Christmas are only ruining their OWN Christmases. Other people can only ruin your Christmas if you let them.

It's a variation of the old "Dance Like No One's Watching" advice :)

You sound a lot like my poor Mom :( She wants to be all Christmassy right now, too, but she lives 2 hours away and I can't drag my family all the way up there to see her all the time :(

Well at least you have folks like me on The Internet who appreciate your Christmassiness and will help you find some Holly-Jollies :)

We've watched "The Polar Express" twice already. It's my son's favorite. :)

Polar Express has REALLY grown on me over the years. When it first came out I had no idea how to deal with it, but now I really really love it :)

So glad to see that it's on Netflix streaming right now!!!

I really enjoy The Grinch. My family hates it because I force them to watch it all the time.
