Thanks! The back of the holster isn't pretty because I used scraps, and there's a line down the front from lumpy hot glue that you can see from certain angles, but for a first attempt, I am pretty pleased.

What is this fun foam you speak of?

Thin sheets of colored craft foam. Usually comes in 2mm, 3mm, or 5mm thickness. I used the 3mm for the holster. The rectangular buttons on the blaster are also fun foam, sealed with Elmer's and superglue so the paint wouldn't soak in.

Lots of the LotR costumers use it to build armor, and the hubby bought some to play around with. I had it on hand, and thought I'd try my luck with it.
