I made a cake. A vegan cake.... that was the most tasty awesomeness. I even made it from scratch (with Kelli's help). It was a super moist orange cake with dark chocolate frosting. I made a pretty awesome vegan chocolate cake once...it was DIVINE! :) Glad to hear yours turned out well! Perhaps you could share the recipe?

The orange cake is actually from Joy of Cooking! And I just used a chocolate icing recipe and used vegan butter (two teaspoons) and unsweetened chocolate (3 ozs) and 2 cups of powdered sugar with creme tartar (I think thats how it went).

Did originally intended to make a vegan cake, but it wasn't hard. I saw alot of other recipes for vegan cake. Way moist too.
