Oh man, I haven't done any querying for a couple years, but this definitely makes the memories feel like yesterday! I can relate to this so well...

LOL! I was out of the agent game for awhile, with all my recent books being contracted to small presses, but even that was the same. Now that I've gone back to looking for an agent, it's just as I remember. Though at least with this novel I seem to be getting more material requests, so I must be making progress!
